The RHINO four-sided moulders offer you the option of easy and affordable planing. The machines are applicable in for example the floor and carpentry industry, but also where broad wooden parts are to be processed until a width of even 320 mm.
RHINO wide planing machines offer great performance. The 800XL series are the best in terms of design and processing. This means planing and profiling up to 320 mm wide with excellent surface quality. Standard with cast iron body, universal joint for a strong feeding system with inverter for adjusting the feed speed. The chainless feed rollers provide a positive feed for timber running riding on hard chromium bed plates throughout.
The RHINO 800XL fourside planer also means efficient production. In addition, you will benefit from easy settings, high ease of use and naturally, great service from Rehomy BV.
Our 800XL series have standard outboard bearings on all horizontal spindles, optional if you need extra working height, we can also deliver the machine with outboard bearings on the vertical spindles. The RHINO moulders are also capable of spindle speeds up to 8.000 rpm, representing a 30% increase in output with the same surface quality. CNC electronic movement of width and height is also one of the optional features.
The RHINO four-sided moulders provide a stable base and are modular: heavier engines, elongated table, extra working width and extra working height.
